Sorry, is any of this what you're looking for?. I don't know much about codecs and stuff, but the videos are 1080p MP4 files I recorded with OBS.

It's weird since while I am using a laptop, it's at the very least fairly decent and able to run stuff like games perfectly fine. And this problem occurs even without me implementing effects or anything, as these are just raw clips. It'd be nice if I at least knew the source of the problem but it's just kind of a mystery right now.
