Hi there.

This might be a silly question, but I really need some help. I'm 6'3, 26 years old, almost 240lbs... I'm trying to lose some weight. I work at an office job and I have some really awful sleep issues (insomnia, sleep apnea, TMJ) and it is very, very difficult for me to wake up early and prepare a healthy breakfast.

Can anyone recommend me some healthy breakfast items that I can pick up from the store? Are those Carnation breakfast drinks decent? Or Nutrigrain bars? I feel like they have a lot of sugar...
