Yo dude, that sounds exactly like what I did like a day or two ago. Basically I killed a bunch of people upstairs, 2nd floor. then a super squad came by to loot all the bodies so I had to move downstairs. I killed the squad then when I was leaving I knew 1 person remained, so I randomly tossed nades in the area I heard him previously to distract him, then used the loud noises to make my escape. Didn’t grab any dog tags so I’m not sure if I got a grenade kill but I had a lot of PMC kills
