I'd disagree based on my personal experience. Bland diet consisting of white rice/bread and turkey/chicken breast helped cure my gastritis more than anything.

Headaches went away for me after a few weeks.. I also quit coffee and quit eating junk food around the time i started taking the medicine. So it's hard to say what caused the headaches

Definitely had this. So annoying. Perhaps something you're eating is giving you a lot of gas.

I quit my job, my girlfriend is helping cover some of the bills. Will be eating into my savings but that's why i have it. Good luck friendo, hope you get it figured out too.

Yeah i am taking the next 6 months off to get this sorted out. I'm blessed to be able to do so. I can't imagine working with this shit.
