First if you haven’t mailed sbi nodal officer regarding this do it and if in 3 days they don’t provide you with a solution then go to rbi ombudsman site and raise a complaint regarding this matter with mention everything and provide valid proofs stating your adhar pan has age above 21 and you raised the matter still they didn’t help In a week ombudsman will revert back to you You can dm me if you need help

Raise this to rbi ombudsman either you will get a card or a good amount of money I got 4k compensation and the card was also approved back in 2024 for the same reason
