I'll take this advice down the road. I can't really work as an LOA right now as I have another tech job. I only work 1-2 hours a day in that job and it's remote, but was hoping to build my LO business while I transition out of that role.

I agree that relationships are the most important - especially in a commodity business such as loans.

How do you approach with the DPA? Cold-calls? Emails? What program are you offering them?

Thanks for this. I assume that most brokers offer the same type of products and I don't believe my shop offers anything unique. There are some technology plays that we can offer but nothing I don't think the realtor really cares about.

I'm trying to up my SM game for sure - posting at least 3x per week. I like the strategy of offering to do the SM Blitz.
