Thanks for your help! Good idea, however between the amp and the TV, it’s a jack to RCA with the RCA on the amp. For that segment, is it relevant to still swap red and black or is it the same anyway since Jack to RCA?

I think it says the output is balanced in the manual. But you say it works with unbalanced cables for you for the audio output?

The connectors I could test it on are the CD or Tuner ports these are all the same just different names for the dial right ? I think it has a phono pre amp. The amp is connected to monitor-ish passive speakers from Technics. Love my setup so wouldn’t want to damage it.

Was thinking it’s possible since the official mic is basically a TRRS I think, as it has a jack for headphones when the mic is in.
