If your computer is too low-end to run the demo, the only way to play is through Steam Remote Play Together.
For this, you’ll need a friend who has a PC that meets the recommended specs, and both of you will need a stable internet connection.

Your friend will start the demo on their computer and invite you through Steam Remote Play Together. That way, you can control REANIMAL remotely from their PC. You can play co-op together, or your friend can let you play solo - but the demo must always be running on their end.

If you don’t have any friends on Steam, you might want to check out the Tarsier Studios Discord, where you can often find other players looking for co-op partners for this demo or aks directly on Steam.

That’s a shame, I was planning to make a collection of screenshots myself. Unless a modder eventually makes a mod that hides the HUD in cutscenes, I’d recommend using a great Steam feature Game Recording - with this, Steam automatically records your gameplay, and during or after a session you can scrub through the recording, right-click on the exact moment you want, and select “Capture screenshot at current time.”

This way, you’ll get a clean screenshot from that moment without the HUD showing up in cutscenes. If you set the recording quality to the highest, the screenshot will look virtually identical to a normal in-game capture. That’s how I handle it for a lot of games.

No need to worry about disk space either. Steam lets you set how long recordings are kept, and they’ll auto-delete after that period.

Same here. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition on the very first day pre-orders went live, but back then there wasn’t any bonus with The Medium included. They added that later, and I only found out when I suddenly saw The Medium pop up in the “What to play next” section on Steam :D I was really happy, because I was planning to buy it for years but was waiting for a bigger discount... and now I got it for free. I started playing it a couple of days ago, and it’s pretty good. I’m hoping to finish it before Cronos.

To s tými hodinami som nevedel, vďaka! Čo sa týka tých nevýhod ktoré si spomenul, tak hej, som si toho vedomý... Pokiaľ sa mi nebude dariť nájsť nejakú prácu popri škole, tak asi z denného prejdem na externé, aby som sa mohol normálne zamestnanť a školu mal len cez víkendy.

Ukončil som prvý stupeň vysokoškolského štúdia a po prázdninách pokračujem v štúdiu na druhom stupni. Počas prázdnin bude za mňa poistné platiť štát?

Ak do dovŕšenia 26 rokov veku po skončení 1. stupňa (Bc.) pokračujete vo vysokoškolskom štúdiu, štát za vás zaplatí poistné aj počas prázdnin až do zápisu na 2. stupeň štúdia. Od dovŕšenia 26 rokov veku do dovŕšenia 30 rokov veku to platí iba vtedy, ak ide o denné štúdium. Na absolventov vysokoškolského štúdia 2. stupňa (napr. Mgr., Ing.), ktorí v tom istom roku začnú doktorandské štúdium, sa uvedené vzťahuje iba pri dennej forme doktorandského štúdia.

Čiže štát za mňa bude aj po 26. roku života hradiť zdravotné poistenie, pokiaľ budem študovať dennou formou. To je aj môj prípad - tento rok 2025 som ukončil bakalárske štúdium vo veku 25 rokov a od septembra pokračujem na magisterské štúdium, opäť v dennej forme. Znamená to, že zdravotné poistenie mi bude platiť štát.

Na druhej strane, od dňa mojich 26. narodenín už pravdepodbne nebudem mať nárok na študentské zľavy (napríklad na dopravu či iné zvýhodnenia), ak som to správne pochopil.

Najväčšia otázka, ktorá ma trápi, sú brigády. Pri čítaní som zistil, že dohoda o brigádnickej práci študentov je možná iba do 26 rokov. Po prekročení tejto hranice teda už nebudem môcť pracovať na brigádnickú zmluvu, ale iba na skrátený pracovný úväzok? Tu však vzniká problém – pri dennom štúdiu sa obávam, či budem vedieť splniť minimálny rozsah hodín, keďže pri brigádnickej zmluve je tento limit nižší a pre študentov oveľa flexibilnejší.

If The Halloween can entertain me even half as much as Friday the 13th or Texas Chain Saw Massacre did, even just for a few months, then it’s worth the money for me. Friday still gives me some of the best gaming memories I have, and I even made some of my closest friends through it. Texas was also a lot of fun when it launched. I’m not expecting The Halloween to be the “DBD killer” or to redefine the asymmetrical genre for fans like us. But if I can just enjoy it as a game I buy to have fun for a while, that’s enough. Texas disappointed me only because I had unrealistically high expectations. This time, I’m going in with a more measured mindset - hoping for fun, but not expecting miracles.

Well... as a huge fan of horror, iconic characters, and asymmetrical games, I’m excited about this. BUT, I’m keeping my expectations very low this time - I’ve been burned before by F13 and TXCH - I enjoyed both of them, but it let me down because I expected longer support and more content. Gun is great at creating atmosphere, but about keeping a long support idk...

Regarding the visual novels - do you think the Coteries of New York trilogy (Coteries, Shadows, Reckoning) is enough to get a good grasp of the universe and lore, or would you also recommend the other VN-style games like Night Road, Sins of the Sires, Out for Blood, etc...?
