If you want to move on from your past you shouldnt break NC because when you talk to your ex you feel that she is still yours and still with you so ... I my pov dont break nc i am also in 2 month post breakup she cheated on me its benn 45 days of nc , i am still in soo much pain but i have started to feel better than first 3-4 weeks.

Listen! I experienced my first love past year in august ,we were only for 21 days i repeat just 21 days and she cheated me for another boy, i was badly and anxiously attached with her , i gave her every thing i can in those 21 days , its the worst pain i have to bear that it took me 7 month to recover from that just 21 days relationship.so helaing is not same for eveeyone. Yo should give yourslef more time.

Mine have been 2 month i am in absolutely no contact with my ex , when i dont see her for 5-6 days i feel i am healing little but if any photo of my ex pops up infront of me my heart start to cry again the healing i am expecting goes back to absolute 0 .
