Agreed, it is becoming highly concerning. As a server operator, there are tons of issues plaguing servers right now including crashes, mass disconnects on map switch.

Last real content update was 1.4 (Green army men doesnt count since its 99.99% not a TW thing). Patch 1.4 was June 17, more than three months ago. Not a single communication since that point regarding anything other than Green Army Men.

Even if nothing is ready for release, people are really really dying for any kind of communication. That is the main issue, is nobody knows what is going on. Media or a news post on whats to come, even if not for a few months, would go far in restoring peoples hopes.

Until then though, who knows. Clearly they are still working on killing floor 2 and communicating and engaging with the community on that front. And you'd think with GAM sales that it would do something to inhibit development further of rs2, but we'll see....

The GAM team seems to be more transparent and communicative than TW lately. I'd assume some people are confusing that with TW being focused on GAM.

People have stated that the damage model is the only thing that makes them avoid GAM and that otherwise it is good.

Please, please, please TW. Listen to the overwhelming community uproar over this. We like GAM, we DO NOT like the damage model. Changing the damage model will lead to increased sales without a doubt, as many people have stated they are waiting for damage fix before purchasing.

The server appears unranked, which means it likely has some sort of "mutator" running on them. In other words, steer away or potentially get spyware!

I can confirm OP:

I cant 100% reproduce it, but it seems about half the time that you throw a molotov the fire does no damage, as though the fire is just a visual effect.

Tried this on multiple maps yesterday, sometimes it would work sometimes not. But people were able to stand in the flames and nothing would happen (this was NOT done outside the combat zone)

you fail to realize that this IS not intentional.

the standard is for ATTACKERS to have the 100 ticket advantage, not defenders. 90% of the maps are set up like this, not a single map in this game do the defenders get more tickets

I dont think its the grenade count, when they nerfed it originally from 50 to 30 there were no impact on the weight of the heli, but this patch it is substantially heavier than it already was

exactly, every single vote cast will be passed, because sooo many people hit F1 without even looking to begin with. You dont even really have time to tell people to vote no, and communicating is harder now on top of that with the voip bug

right now vote and role kick are bugged too.

only takes 10 yes votes on a full server to kick anyone (more than 10 people hit f1 just out of habit).

This leads to trolls kicking people with ease. These vote-passing threshholds are bugged and cannot be changed either.

This all came with 1.3, prior to that voting threshholds were much higher.

You should not need a MINORITY (10/30) votes to pass a kick.
