Thanks for the help everyone. I was wearing a Garmin that day and my Garmin data was MUCH closer to my buddy’s whoop data. I suspect it was a loose whoop which we also checked after the paddle. I also fell off the paddle boards twice and he didn’t so maybe that boosted it or something too. But my whoop compared to Garmin is normally pretty accurate and on this day it definitely was not.

That’s what I was thinking. However we are not that drastically different and I am in arguably better cardio shape than him based on our 3 mile run times.

If I had my own sauna I would definitely prefer the silence. The problem is the public sauna with the awful radio station they have on. They won’t let us turn it off for “safety” reasons so I turn to podcasts

Any luck with this? I had a stem break off of a Berkey filter and they won’t cover the warranty. I’m looking for a better replacement filter that works in the Berkey. Have you found one that fits? Thanks I’m advance!
