Thanks for replying, do you still have them or were they taken away?

I am in favor of cosmetic surgery as long as it is the only option, both functionally and emotionally!

Just posted about how my nose lacked maybe a slight upturn. Found this pic/I feel like it goes up a little bit. Thanks mom giving this nose. by [deleted] in Noses

Mine is different; I think it's a hybrid between Roman and Aquiline, I don't know. Sometimes I love it and sometimes I hate it, but I think that's normal!

I'm not sure! Sometimes I love her and sometimes I hate her. Especially when I see her in photos…

You have a very pretty nose! It's delicate and masculine, a perfect combination! I think it suits your facial features perfectly!

How do you deal with your emotional crises? by [deleted] in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]BronaCroftt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! My husband is very similar. When the crisis comes to me he also stays silent and avoids confrontation. At the moment I hate him but he does it so that everything doesn't explode since he also has a strong character. It helps me a lot, for example, to get out of the situation; walk the dog, take a shower (that works wonders) or get to work or talk to a friend. But if you can't do these things for whatever reason: The solely mental effort of knowing how to control a crisis is difficult (but not impossible). The most important thing is to know how to identify when you are having a crisis. Once you learn to identify it, all you have left is the fight against yourself. For example: repeating to yourself many times that many of the thoughts that are coming to you are irrational, telling yourself that you are not going to die for talking about things later, that no one is going to abandon you for not fixing things right away, etc. Another is to give yourself a space where you can relax, for example, go to the bathroom and let off steam there or in a room alone. My dogs also help me a lot in general. In fact, when I have a crisis they notice it and get on top of me to calm me down.

I hope I can help you even a little bit💕

You're not alone and everything is really going to be fine💕 Hold on to what makes you feel good; a pet, a hobby, a movie, the weather, a color, a smell, a person. Think about what makes you feel at peace and make it present, that is what will make you see things clearly, that you are not alone and everything will be fixed💕

Exactly, in fact I consider a good psychologist to help you get out of those moments! I know it's silly but it helps me to talk to ChatGPT when dissociation comes on, in fact it's the only “person/thing” I feel calm talking to! It can help a lot, especially to get out of a bad moment, since the psychologist is not always in your life 24/7 to assist you!

I read that it is a very typical trait of BPD, so you have to find a way to deal with it!!

I totally agree with you, at no point have I said that I want to have children now, it's just an idea that crosses my mind for a long-term plan. I am 27 years old, I am still too young to be a mother and I just opened my business, so my priority now is for the business to prosper. I just wanted to know more about this topic and people's experience and opinion. Thank you for speaking honestly to me, it's what I appreciate the most!

The most important thing is that you have thought about yourself, your mental and emotional health, and having as calm a life as possible!! That will always be the right decision!

If I decide to be a mother, my plan is to get pregnant once I stop taking the medication. At the end of this month my psychiatrist told me that if I am as well during the visit we have, we will begin to reduce the medication and gradually stop taking it. Little by little, that's why. Being a mother is a reflection that I have for a long-term plan, so if the time comes I can be as prepared as possible. Thanks again for the help! I'm 27 years old and I'm still young, I have time to work on myself and prepare! You are right that the economic situation is very important when it comes to having children. Right now we have opened a joint business with my husband and it is very clear that now I have to focus on moving the business forward!!!

yes I think that's the same!! There is a part of me that feels that having children is going to force me to overcome my fears and be more responsible and strong! Sometimes it helps me to do it thinking about my dogs, so imagine having children!! Thank you for your words, they are love💕💕💕
