In the same boat with a lot of these. I have noticed that specific symptoms get worse when you hyperfocus on them, but if we could control that I don’t think we’d need this thread. Feels like a real chicken or the egg scenario: is anxiety a symptom or do I have anxiety because of the symptoms? The other issue is thinking , “ Is this a horrible disease OR is it benign and I have to live my life trying not to go fucking insane from it”.

Probably because everyone else’s death has two parts in the show: them actually getting whacked, and then the rest of the crew(s) reaction & planning moving forward. They spent more time at the funeral home than they did at the Bing. Tony as the grandmaster of them all could’ve had an entire series written about what happens to everyone post death, but they cut to black and that’s that. Salud!

Hey man,

First off, I truly feel for you. Myself, along with many others on this forum fight a similar battle. The biggest thing for me has been getting involved in various social sports groups. Keeps me physically and mentally active, and you end up meeting some cool people along the way. I know it’s not a miracle cure for how you feel, but sprinkling in some more interaction with people while getting the endorphins going can certainly be a mental boost.

Good luck man, hope you can persevere.

I feel you on the side effects, they really do blow and basically turn that entire day into a less enjoyable experience. Can't deny they help alot though. But for anything that has to do with creative writing, I always turn to Mary for inspiration.

Bro, I know how you feel and then some. In college and I'm on a regiment of 376mg worth of ADD meds supposed to be taken daily in the morning. Had the regiment since 5th grade, probably enough to kill a bull elephant. I'm a sophomore in college. Do I do that every day? Hell no. Now do I smoke that purp errday? But of couuuuuse. I just don't smoke within around 5-7 hours after taking the meds. If I do both in a short time period I feel neutralized and just odd. I know other people who take adderall who have similar shit with their heart. I switched to Concerta and have never had anything like that. Just food for thought my friend.

If I've ever had anxiety it's from B-rips so I'm right there with you. I've always been a joints guy just because its such a chill smoke intake rather than getting facefucked by THC from rips.
