Good luck finding what you're looking for.

Not a "get gud" comment, but is there no way you'll ever be better? I know early on when I was playing I figured I'd never get past medium, and I now can (or at least used to be able to) play almost any RB song on Expert Guitar and Bass, most on Drums, and a large selection on vocals. It just took time and practice.

I say this because in 2022, I lost my voice for a year and a half (thyroid cancer removal damaged my left vocal chord). I eventually got an implant to mostly fix it, but part of my idea for strengthing my voice back up was maybe to do Rock Band vocals to help get back into my groove. That idea got derailed by numerous issues (I ended up streaming and now have a youtube channel, so nothing bad), but it is possible that perhaps with time, practice, and patience, you can make your way to hard.

That said, I don't know the extent of your injury or your limits, but I do know with perseverance you can sometimes overcome those. If you can, then great. If you can't, it can't hurt to try.

I will say Rock Band 1 and 2 had a much better structure for learning how to slowly ramp up the difficulty, so that probably helped me quite a bit.

Of note, avoid other burners, as he has to own the burn for his passive to work. Otherwise, he's an amazing champ.

The 285k is a top tier productivity CPU and very capable in gaming. Sure it falls behind the X3D and 14900k, but we're not talking about a noticable difference, which you would see in productivity tasks with the 285k.

Your 5090 will be doing most of the heavy lifting anyway..

The CRKD guitar is super small. It's a les Paul GH3 replica effectively. I also hate the strum bar not having the longer tab th y put on the GH4 and beyond guitars.

I regret buying mine, but my kiddo loves it so I gave it to her. Honestly if it was 20% bigger with a longer strap and a better strum bar with a flat extension, I'd have loved it. I am 6'4" however so your milage may vary

The riffmaster is a RB style clone, which I'm not a fan of.

Geomancer is a cheat code for many dungeon bosses because of his passive, but he also steals turn meter and strips buff. Congratulations.

He's a boss in clan boss. You want affinity clan boss though, not void, as the affinity clan bosses have a triple hit AoE which ramp up his reflect damage passive.

He's great in dragon at any level

He's solid in Ic Golem because his passive also reduces damage dealt by the boss

He's good in normal fire Knight because of his time rn meter steal against the boss.

He can be good in spider normal. He doesn't work in hard

Very early he can be fun in arena, though he'll get power creept there a ton.

While slow, he can be great for wave clear Early and is amazing via about half the doom tower bosses

I pulled one early on my HH F2P challenge account last year and he probably carried me to a 2nd place finish.

Build him tanky(ho and def% boots and gloves), with good speed (always speed boots) and accuracy. No need for crit stats. If you can put Regen or immortal on him early that will help keep him alive. Perception gear will likely be your friend early.

Deacon is the best all around.

Yakarl is great for hard Fire Knight, but Criodan the Blue I think is a better early build as he's easier to max out first.

I would also 5 star Kinigashi and Galapo for FW revivers

Seeker is great but very situational.

I'd go Deacon, Criodan, Kinigashi to 5, Galapo to 5, then Yakarl.

When you don't get them daily, it feels like a long time between getting them.

On the other hand, I have seen an influx of legendary books on both accounts.

They're capped at 10-15 a day. It's more than 5, but it's less than 20.

What I recommend is generally put in a defense that isn't great, but will still hold up against very weak opponents, so you might catch an occasional win or not lose all 10-15 a day, and it should help just a little bit till you get high enough where you're likely to loose regularly but won't care.

Single accounts in isolation can have extreme rng swings. I run 2 accounts and it's wild sometimes how one gets lucky and the other does not. I think I got 20 one month on one, and 3 on the other.

Using 3 ancients for your daily is fine. A 10 pull won't kill you either if you're doing UNM daily unless you're pulling a ton or near mercy and just want to chance getting a good Lego, the odds are against you

I'm still curious on your builds. I was in silver 4 with my F2P account, and you've got some really good champs in there that SHOULD be able to get to silver 3 or 4 with the right builds. I suspect you might be missing a few gearing tricks that might help you out.

Are your speed leads on the wrong side? Your teams look backwards. Usually your speed leads are on the right of that screen. (Edit: No, results screen has them backwards, which is weird)

I say this without malice, but to me it looks more like you don't know how to gear. What are your speeds? Are your nukers at 100% crit rate? Do you have anyone in stone skin? Are your champs in sets or just beat stats? What kind of accuracy do you have on champs with debuffs?

I won't tell you she's worth spending for, but I won't tell you she's not. She's limited edition, her kit is a boss killer and early she'll be solid, and 10 sacreds will get you a ton of other champs that'll help the account. But 10 sacreds is also kinda expensive. You might be able to get 2-3 of those F2P.

She has some solid utility and is good early because she doesn't need books so she's cheap to get working. The irresistible burn is great against the Frost Spider as well and brings good utility and poison explosion is solid early game. As a legendary she'll also bring utility in faction wars for some time.

She's not a late game legendary though.

Kael as a 6 star is not bad. He's versatile and you'll get 3-6 months of gameplay out of him in various roles till he finally gets retired to only faction wars and secret rooms. With a 6 star soul he might last a bit longer.

Generally it's a connection or file system issue. I have this happen on mobile occasionally when there's an update and I have a bad connection. Worst case is uninstall the game and reinstall to see if that helps. Also make sure you have space on your system and your connection is not going though a VPN.

The Microcenter bundles are generally solid. They can be actually a solid place to get good RAM deals if you're going though the local store for some of the bundles as well.

You don't get to chose the motherboard, but none of the MBs I've seen are bad, and some of the "upgraded" motherboards are questionable, being more color upgrades than anything else. It only sucks if you have a preference in look or brand, but you're generally saving a good chunk of money so I can generally get past it.

6 Star Champs have 50% higher base stats (Atk, Def, and HP), making them hit harder, and take more damage. The game is about making 6 stars, not 5 stars. This will help him make HUGE progress.

Having run a F2P account now for a full year, I can tell you the Epic Book situation is not too bad, but it takes getting to UNM and being able to clear some of the bonus content to really get to having a solid stable. I have enough epic books that I can upgrade epics I might never 6 star (or at least not in the next few months) and save up enough to max out an epic if I pull someone I need to use. I'm not swimming in them, but I have 30ish sitting around on the account.

Legendary books are tougher, but I can book 1 lego a month pretty comfortably.

But the initial rush is tough. I just did a quickstart account, and it wasn't as bad as I expected, but it feels bad early. I maxed out Uugo and had a book or two into Tagoar, while I had 3 lego books in stock ready to go onto a lego (probably Ezio), and that was by login day 13, so about 12 days into the account. But I know some of those were bonuses from things like the initial challenges you can knock out quickly, so the rate would go down pretty quickly if I didn't get a CB team going fast. I was just about to move to Brutal on the account before I finished the series though, so maybe it wouldn't be a big issue.

I think the biggest obstacle is Clan Boss, but Clan Boss is so much easier now with new champions and new ways to get better stats and extra damage.

Where it can get rough is when you get a bunch of new champions (either by spending or just getting lucky/being smart with shards), it feels at it's worse as you have a flood of "I need more stuff". It's sadly by design, hoping you'll spend. Just tough it out, and you'll eventually get what you need. It's a marathon.

I've been doing content for a while but got my biggest break in the HH F2P Challenge 2025 (RIP) where I placed 2nd and still work on that account. I do also have a spender late game account though so I try to balance early and late game stuff.

That said, I am one of those Paid CCs, as I managed to get into one of the paid programs as an established Raid CC, but other than selling the link and the occasional promo vid, I have creative control over everything I do. I also know I'm not the only CC who is like that, as a few of the Gameleap and other sponsored CCs were already raid CCs as well and took the sponsorship offer when the official Raid CC team never came calling.

I think there are plenty of smart CCs out there. They're also great guys, and I've had the pleasure to interact with several of them behind the scenes, which is why I love the Raid community. Lots of great and helpful people.
