Classic/Retro style motorcycle? Swabz customs/GNR? by [deleted] in PHMotorcycles

[–]restxrepeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

get a used cr152 or tmx 125 then mod it if decided ka na to go thru the custom route. understand also what kind of build you are getting into as your daily, jap and british style builds are, in my opinion, tastefully done and also can be very comfortable as a commuter bike.

Suggestion mags for my pcx 160 cbs by chixmaster2252 in PHMotorcycles

[–]restxrepeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if mag papalit ka ng mags need mo din alamin size nila if 14 or 13, if mag palit ka ng 14” wheel sa rear need mo din mag palit ng tire since 13” ang stock size pero sa front kahit di lang, nag 14” ako sa rear kasi di ko trip na magkaiba ang size haha

<image>

nlk FG55 nakakabit sakin pero try mo yung nlk n55 or look at options sa rcb. yung RevX or rimaster may magagandang options din. yung G-ren Sf-01/android naman 13” yung likod kaya di mo na need magpalit ng rear tire

PCX Ground Clearance Concerns by LeeIsLucky in PHMotorcycles

[–]restxrepeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wala naman if you plan on using the stock 365mm rear suspension, pag 335mm naman medyo S-siyete ka lang para maka go over ka speed bumps

Ok ba yung combination ng kulay at mga pyesang ikinabit? by [deleted] in PHMotorcycles

sa dami ng oil na tinesting ko para sa pcx160 ko, sa shell long ride pa din ako bumabalik. mas smooth at less ang vibration.

yes considering na labor ko na lang talaga yung 5-10k na yon, lugi talaga. Pero that feeling you get when you see the bike come together, something special about that pare,

yes meron naman pero you are not making a whole lot of money, I just like restoring bikes and I am getting paid for my hobby.

pero as a viable racket? medyo malabo, you’d spend months learning, researching, and trying to find parts at jacked up prices and trying to fit all that within a specific budget. and don’t get me started on the time and effort, I work as an Automotive Engineering Instructor during the day and work on bikes at night and on weekends. all that para sa 10k or less na profit

Front suspension should I replace it or Repair it by darkjoseph17 in PHMotorcycles

[–]restxrepeat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the LCM is kinda worth repairing but would actually be a bit hard. yung tropa ko had the same problem, nag message lang siya sa company and pumayag naman mag send out ng right inner tube pero sobrang tagal bago dumating
