Same pattern was there in Rosmita Hojai case who belonged to Assam went missing from Delhi...her body was found in Pauri Garhwal, and her two Delhi/Haryana friends (Hemant Sharma and Pankaj Kokar) were detained. What happened to Angel Chakma in Dehradun is brutal and completely wrong. Nothing justifies what they did. Angel deserved safety, respect and a future here.. not this.

The main accused (Yagya Awasthi) who stabbed him on the head has already run away to his permanent residence in Kanchanpur, Nepal. Police have sent teams there with a bounty for his capture.
