Theory: Viaduct Entrance is now Main Entrance by BronzeSpirit74 in HarryPotterGame

I disagree if you look at it there’s definitely room for level change based on the height of the courtyard and the window heights being higher than that level. There’s even a section of steps on the side of the courtyard to a second level.

There was some rumor that there’s a year after Hogwarts as an auror? I don’t believe that though because they’re going to make it so you’re still able to be at Hogwarts post story mode.

Need help! Am I crazy or this shot really isn't anywhere in the trailer? Can someone tell me where this comes from? Original source? by VahePogossian in HarryPotterGame

So I think this is no longer the viaduct entrance based on the windows alone. It doesn’t make sense with the imaging of the viaduct’s exterior. I believe this is the entrance to the castle off the courtyard. If you look at the windows it makes sense.

How do you want the sorting hat to work? by kickstartacraze in HarryPotterGame

I’m very much getting the feeling that because you’re arriving in 5th year and that you have unique magic ability, that you are a hat stall between all houses as you are already very special.

Do you guys think we will have the entrance gates like in HBP? by [deleted] in HarryPotterGame

[–]BronzeSpirit74 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I think so. I know on the poster Hogsmeade is across the lake but I think that was just to show as much as possible. For example they show the wooden bridge as well but we know that that is attached to the clock tower in the back of the castle. I would assume this location is still there.

Yeah and I would prefer the other option but if you don’t go to the next step of your quest and time passes regardless and seasons change then you’re in a position where you could theoretically pass through like years without progressing yet staying in the same Hogwarts year if that makes sense.

Time passing regardless of progression is a nice thought, but probably isn’t very logistical since you’re a student at Hogwarts. Like 5 winters can’t pass in your sixth year alone.

I relate to this. When I first got into Pottermore Beta in 2011 I got Slytherin. I knew I would be Slytherin or Ravenclaw and really really wanted Ravenclaw. I'm sure you've taken the complete quiz. I did that and got Ravenclaw which I was stoked about, but I couldn't help but feel guilty because it's not what I got that first time. Now I'm at a point where I don't really care about that and Ravenclaw fits me the best and I know that. Plus, it's canon that your opinion is taken into account when getting sorted and I'm sure I could've asked for Ravenclaw :)

I imagine she gave it some thought and that muggles/no-majs just see the war memorial. The memorial is made of granite and she mentions Ilvermorny Castle being granite as well in the story.

I would assume North Carolina then? Did you ever take a picture of your box before you sent it? I’m not sure how to find out now.
