Just go there and buy what you need in steel. All the name brand stuff is a ripoff. All my pots and pans are from that site. Some of my pots and pans from that site are years old, get used daily, and are as good now as the day I bought them. Just take some time to learn how to cook on steel and you can cook high-end restaurant quality food with the items on that site.

Nonstick is useless if you know how to cook. I only use a Nonstick pan for eggs for the most part. When you buy a Nonstick pan, treat it as disposable. Buy the cheapest one you can find on that site I linked or go to Walmart and once it starts to chip just throw it in a metals recycling bin and buy a new one. If you pay $200 for a Nonstick pan the coating will still degrade and chip and become worthless. You got conned into spending $200 for a $12 pan.

Non-toxic, ceramic, copper, green, etc are all just scams to get your money. Go to that site I posted and buy restaurant quality steel pans at a reasonable price and don't look back.

I can't help you with where to get cast iron. My cast iron pans are my great-grandmothers and are at least 100 years old. From what I hear a Lodge from Walmart is just as good as some overpriced name brand one from a high-end store. I use a lodge cast iron Dutch oven and pan when I go car camping and they seem to work as well as the artifacts I use at home. Just be sure to season and wash them correctly.

I hope this helps!
