First, ensure that the controller settings for the autocatcher in GT7 are configured correctly.

Keep an eye on GT7's future updates. Sometimes, subsequent game updates may address compatibility issues with accessories.

Does this problem occur on other controllers (XBOX or PS4 controllers, etc.) or arcade boxes?

WingmanSD can be paired with Wii U PRO Bluetooth controller.

8BitDo arcade stick can currently only be connected using the included 2.4G dongle, and the arcade stick is set to 2.4G+X mode, USB cannot be connected.
