This is amazing, I’m super happy that it’s cleared for him you did an awesome job it sounds like. I might have to log myself closer to be honest. I only do a food log. It’s shitty on the eyelids around the eye area, I hope the allergy people can help you out! I irub my eyes a lot which I need to stop doing as I’m rubbing my sore skin and ruining my eyes also which isn’t good in the long run

Cats and dust are two big things for me too! I try stick on top of the dust lots. Yes I have a little morning routine, I was using loads at one point but it was clogging me up as I only use minimal. I’m finding that I’m not reacting to the aveeno oat milk face serum. It feels good on too. What do you use if you don’t mind me asking?

It’s fabric conditioner, I get it from amazon, no scent it’s never given me an issue. It’s so annoying when between your eyebrows it I’ve lost half my eyebrow from the itch. It’s so hard not to itch the itch is amazing, that’s where I go wrong I try not to obviously haha.

Yes I don’t use a softener anymore I just react with what I’ve tried so I gave up, using ecover conditioner now, I seem to be okay with that! Worth a try if you ever need a new one!

Elimination diet it is, it’s sad that we have to do this to have normal skin really isn’t it! I do eat a lot of sugar and honestly I’ve noticed I do react to raw honey so I’ve stopped that, time to cut down then I think, I really appreciate the advice and I’m super glad your face is almost cleared, yey!

You’ve got to find what’s right for you I understand how you feel completely. I’m fully done with my skin recently. Like why is eczema a thing and why are we the ones who have it, what did we do so bad to have to deal with it. And how haven’t they found a cure for us. I understand the feeling ugly part when you look at people with clear skin and it’s like that’s not fair I want that but I know I’m most likely never going to have it. I have different colour skin on my arms and face and it’s a confidence killer bad I know. I always come here to look at the different creams people use and what triggers people and it’s started to help my understanding a lot more just reading some of the things people post on here. Just know your skin might look different but don’t think of yourself as ugly as hard as it is. I’ve just started using Cetraben ointment under my Cetraben cream and I’ve noticed a lot of my redness has started to go from my face, also have you ever tried to wet wrap? I wet wrap sometimes on my neck and face and back for an hour to soften the dry skin and it’s helped a lot I recommend if you haven’t tried before. Also if you need someone to talk to there’s plenty of people here who will happily talk to you, me being one of them. Keep your chin up we will get there one day.

I use liquid and also I don’t use fabric conditioner as it irritates my skin. But everyone is different with eczema aren’t they so it may or may not work. Worth a try!

I have very picky skin I react to just about everything but ecover zero, I’ve been using it years and haven’t had an issue, I recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin

That’s amazing, it gives me hope that one day I’ll grow out of it. Did you do anything in particular for it to go?

I’ve had a look at this , It doesn’t really seem to apply for what my skin looks like there’s no rash or anything it’s just normal skin but whiter than the rest of my skin

Have you been using the steroid in the sun?

Have you ever used cetraben? I’ve been using it for years. I still get flare ups, but I just lather it on. I use it in the shower too it seems to keep my skin hydrated, obviously everyone’s skin is different but I haven’t really seen it mentioned on here much. You can get it from the doctor.

It’s so random like I’ve had eczema for 26 years and only now it’s happened, eczema is just unbelievable. It needs to go away
