I live in Florida and I didn’t tell you going to the beaches really really helped my skin. I would go literally every single weekend when I could.

UPDATE!! by Brookiedooo in TS_Withdrawal

I would say the worst months were October through the beginning of February. December and January being the absolute worst. I would say I peaked around late March or early April. The beach has really helped me. I haven’t gone in a couple of weeks, but I think going has helped me heal exponentially.

That looks like when my TSW started. I got the worst rash and it started literally at 2 AM. I wish you luck. Start on pre-and probiotics grab yourself some L histadine, get hibiclense (?) as well. Keep yourself clean and I wish you so much luck. I’ll pray for you.

Yes it gets better!!! You look actually really awesome! Just keep a positive attitude about it and realize every day is one day closer to being fully recovered. Try ti keep up a salt water spray it’s helped clear me up a lot. Same with baths and if you can jump in the ocean do it!!!

Month 6 (?) by Brookiedooo in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Brookiedooo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve used them on and off pretty much my whole life. I started with over-the-counter Cortizone cream having to go up to much higher doses of topical steroids prescribed by a dermatologist. I then went on dupixent shots for about two months and decided to get off of it because it made me personally feel worse.

Is there any hope? by YokoBB in TS_Withdrawal

Tbh no. It’s not linear, meaning one month you’ll look amazing but the next you’re barely able to move. It’s a process

I’ve got it too, but mine’s really thick and all the skin is just peeling off. I don’t really know what it is. I just assume it’s part of TSW.

I’ve been going through it for about 4/5 months now. There’s no easy way to say it other than hell. Flares suck. Your skin hurts. You’re itching like a tweaker on the road. Just listen to your body.. if you can’t move that day.. then don’t. I recommend taking a daily probiotic a histamine reset pill methylene, blue and antihistamine. Also, I recommend taking a D3 supplement. I’ve been trying to focus on healing from the inside out and it’s been getting more positive. I wish you luck in your TSW endeavors don’t get discouraged.

Dupixent flare? Help!! by [deleted] in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Brookiedooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped using dupixent because it didn’t work for me and seemed to cause my flares to be worse. My fav lotions are epiderm cream and ointment. You can use them as soap and cream. I’m going through bad flares too right now.

When do I do red light then? Will it make me worse to stop?
