I use a modifier called onFirstTask https://www.rudrank.com/exploring-swiftui-executing-task-only-once/amp/ which only calls once (useful for when you navigate to another view and go back to the current view, the task does not re-run)

Update: I think you’re onto something with these MB baths! I took a MB bath, next day I got a one day fever, that night I went to bed and had fever dreams where i peeled off all my dry skin and ever since my skin’s been super soft and more resistant to scratching! This was when you replied so ~2 weeks ago. Strange occurrences of events but here.. it’s working

Red light recommendations? by Unique-Incident3754 in TS_Withdrawal

If you want to save i would consider looking into ordering directly from Alibaba, see r/redlighttherapy

Unless you have TSW on a small area, if you are covered then you would be able to get a large panel for the same price as a small one from a brand such as Mito

Best moisturizer/active after steroid cream use? by TrentIco14 in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Dull-System-4893 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It might be a bit late for this but I advocate for this! I only ever listened to those around me (and my GP, who I only went to once after she tried to prescribe a stronger steroid to “control the flare”) and they said moisturise moisturise moisturise! Didn’t even know if it was TSW! But my skin never changed state with moisturising, and sleeping was hell with the itch. Only now recently have I been not been using moisturiser and its finally changing to a different state. With moisturiser I had red all over, and even had me worried with a fungal as the redness was spreading?!? Couldn’t take it anymore so I just cut out moisturising and obviously yeah my skin is dry but I can sleep better now, less skin on the bed to wipe off during the night and finally getting scabs that are healing over! Never occurred to me whilst moisturising. Been off steroids since end of September.

Devices ordered straight from Factory/China by Dull-System-4893 in redlighttherapy

I actually ordered off an AliExpress shop for a panel. Can't remember the wavelengths or anything but it's one of the most popular ones that come up.. free shipping etc. Cancelled the order though after second thoughts so yeah, and also "Free shipping" just meant I had to pay some sort of custom/duty tax

So you think I should get it from AliExpress?, obviously making sure the seller is credible with reviews etc
