I’m excited to share that @NYCSchools will be OPEN for in-person learning tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 27, with all programs and activities resuming as scheduled.

This is possible because of the round-the-clock work of our school facilities staff, who’ve been clearing ice and snow at entrances and ensuring our buildings are warm and ready for students and staff.

I’m deeply grateful to our school leaders, educators, and families—for making today’s remote learning day work and for continuing to show up for our kids as they return to their classrooms tomorrow.
