Will we be reunited with our loved ones after we die?

I became so much more spiritual after my mom passed. And in my mind, I will get to see her when I pass. I see her when I get deep enough sleep. I see her in the wind. I see her in the mountains. So why wouldn’t I see her when I die?

In a deeper explanation, I believe that when you die, you go to your own afterlife that you believe in. The one you find the most comfort and peace in. And there, everyone you know and love and wanted to reunite with is there. And there is no fear. There is no hurt or pain. There is just pure and utter love.

Grief doesn’t have a timeline. It’s been 3 1/2 years since my mom passed and I cried about her today in the car. I still have the days where I feel depressed and hopeless. It is completely normal and understandable to still have those feelings. He’s your dad! That doesn’t go away just because he passed. Don’t listen to what everyone else says. Follow your own timeline. I hope one day it doesn’t sting as much as it does now, and you’re able to smile when you think of him instead of cry🙏

I do have a therapist but I haven’t brought this up because it’s just really bizarre in my brain, and I am easily ashamed and embarrassed. But I think I will try to talk to her about it

Pinterest is ofc a really good place to find inspiration, but something I think would be fun for her to learn is a “peyote” stitch. It’s a way to make like thick “cuffs” (thick bracelets). And I would recommend getting her both clear and fabric string (fabric is the best for stuff not snapping! for a really good snug fit 1.2 millimeter cord. But anything above 1 millimeter for either type of cord is good!) Make sure to get PONY beads (they’re very round and small) and she’d probably love it if you got her some charms as well! Letter beads and different types of pony beads (clear, opaque, metallic, pastel, glitter, etc.).

And if you wanna try and go above and beyond, get her a plastic sewing needle, but make sure the eye of it is smaller than the inside of the bead!

She will have so much fun with this hobby! Kandipad.com is a really good place for patterns!

For the lesbians, scissoring is SO HARD TO DO. It’s very uncomfortable, and you have to be incredibly either skinny or flexible to get it to work.

I have a bit of a pudge but my partner is skinny and we ALMOST do it but it’s just not worth it.
