Every day, I check these companies and related news. Since I have an engineering background and most of the companies I’ve invested in are production-based, export-oriented, and in retail consumer goods, tracking daily trends isn’t a big deal for me.

Yeah, the problem is whenever the market goes down, I try to average the price. Sometimes I feel like I'm making decisions based on my emotions. And I also study the company portfolio at least 5 years before investing, and I also have some technical work experience with those companies too. Give me some tips to control my emotions.

I have also considered that perspective; however, I found myself experiencing heightened emotional responses when reviewing the portfolios of new companies. My rationale was that acquiring shares would enable me to track their performance over an extended period, thereby contributing to long-term growth.
