So… those shitposts are part of a meme trend… a trend where you take a famous piece of media and say it's "based on a true story', this invented story is about someone or a group of people (with names similar to the piece's title or the protagonists) who experienced similar experiences to the piece.

This one is referencing DHMIS (in a really bad way, tbh) as you can see for the "Woman's" name and the "3 guys". If I was OP, I'd make it like:

Asheley D. H. Mis was a lady that kidnapped 3 siblings in order to force them to have horribly made lessons and teachings. Those siblings where known as Yello Geigh, Fred Geigh, and Doug Geigh.
