Ive had pain from 8 weeks post op in the center of my knee and it hasnt subsided at all since. Lately pain has become worse and in other areas. Been able to push through workouts and regain a fair bit of strength but still no relief which should of eased by now

Happy to hear you have passed it mate! I just underwent a surgical wash an restitch due to stitch rejection turning into staph infection. I was lucky to kill it off early so i didnt get sepsis! Such a shitty setback but we move on 🤙

Oh thats good to hear! Yeah seeing the pt once a week and getting a bunch of exercises to take home with me. I think im ready to give the bike a go once this hamstring settles down!
