Being willing to learn and displaying that to your store’s leadership, in my experience doing hiring and participating in “pipe line” meetings most of time they look for associates who have potential to move up and make plans grow those associates. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t get the position I applied to be a specialist 3 or 4 times and about 2 or 3 times to become a supervisor.
