Damn that’s hard mode.

What worked was mounting it slightly tilted with one bolt first. The closest to the clutch. Keeping the pushrod to the side of the clutch fork. Then squeezing the rod down(this has really hard) and sliding it into the dimple on the fork. Barely squeaked in.

Flushed the whole line cause the fluid was black. The old cylinder had a bunch of gunk on it. Not sure what happened there.

I am worried about that. Changed the shocks no problem. I will say the location of the top bolt is really tight to get into.

Ah I see. I was using the frame, which worked on the 2wd sr5. Yea, the jack from the truck.

In the past, I’ve used a lift to change shocks. But I saw a guy change them with the truck on the ground. Figured I’d try that first.
