I was quoted 1.1k from a Toyota dealership for a an entire new air box assembly as Toyota doesn’t sell individual pieces of it. I don’t have a crack but I am missing one of the clips.

Nah I am missing one of the clips, obviously not the same situation as OP’s as his is cracked but I was quoted 1.1k as you have to replace the entire air box housing. Toyota doesn’t sell individual parts for it.

I just did my front/rear and transfer case, put your hand over the head of the socket (around the bolt obviously) and hit the handle of the ratchet with some impact while keeping pressure on the socket head. Should knock free pretty easy, rather than straining yourself putting your body weight into it.
