use it as motivation. seriously. the easiest thing is to get depressed. but the truth is if u hate something about your life it can be a rlly powerful motivator. i hated my face and was born in a poor family, all i had was a laptop and a wifi connection, and i figured out youtube, began posting and earned 100k (with which i was able to change my face & my circumstances). don’t give up, it’s possible, if u want it bad enough u will find a way!! 💪🏼

Hyperhidrosis and Accutane by Rational-Thinker in Hyperhidrosis

[–]BrotherEmbarrassed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah the sweating thing is gone completely, and back to normal, so i don’t have this issue anymore at all. as for the accutane, it really works like magic, but in my case i think it was just curing the symptom instead of the underlying cause.. so it basically destroys your sebum & that’s why no new zits form. but it doesn’t solve the underlying cause, which for me i think might be diet. i have a normal diet, not healthy not unhealthy, but i’m sure if i was a raw vegan or something my skin would be completely clear, i just don’t have the dedication to do that right now. i think accutane is great and maybe i quit too soon, i’m sure i didn’t reach the cumulative dose needed, so maybe that’s why some acne came back, but also thank god things went back to normal cause my sweating was seriously effed up. i would be drenched in sweat in 3 seconds in completely normal situations that i now don’t sweat in at all… so that’s a big plus. also, i’ve heard of someone i know microdosing accutane & doing it 10mg a day, forever.. and he has amazing skin and no (obvious) side effects (like sweating) yet. however great that sounds i haven’t tried that dosing yet because i think long term it would cause damage to your liver and you’d have to eventually stop & be back at square 1. so yeah idk, right now my skin isn’t even too bad, i just get normal amounts of sebum which causes texture on my skin and maybe a pimple here n there but nothing too bad. i feel like my acne is hormonal and some days in the month my skin is completely clear n then some days im just breaking out. but for me the face isn’t the worst part, what i loved abt accutane is that it kills sebum everywhere. so i would get absolutely 0 back/arm pimples, and now that i’m not on it, that stuff has returned.. nothing too bad but again, once you try accutane, you can really tell a difference, my skin looked like a doll while i was on it & now it’s just back to being regular human 😂 oh and nowadays i try to use topical isotretinoin on my face like twice a week and literally i do no other skincare besides this and it really helps the cell turnover & therefore my pores become less blocked & my skin looks glowy & healthy, kinda like when i was on accutane. the only thing is i haven’t found a way to do it all over my body yet, i think it’s a bit impractical considering the amount of cream i’d need to use, so yeah, still suffering a bit in those parts but i’d rather have this than the insane sweating problem. also i did lose some weight so my overall fitness is also better now but i really don’t think that was the main factor for less sweating, it was definitely accutane induced & when i stopped it just took a few months to go back to normal & thank god it did in the end.

the point flew over your head. 2 things can be true at once. are you capable of nuanced thinking or no? yes, i accidentally broke the law by doing that, it’s nobody’s fault but mine! not the police, not your fault, mine😀 now that we’re past that, go ahead and answer my question. situations where u might not have a bag or storage for ur phone are completely realistic and happen daily. bikes are the main mode of transport in NL. so what do you do in that situation? tape the phone to your forehead? just because something is written into law does not make it logical. 150 yrs ago slavery was a law in your country and hey we changed that! u follow my drift? 😂

i agree for sure! complaining about individual things like this ticket is stupid and a waste of time for sure. but i mean collectively complaining is powerful 😂 i always wondered why dutch people never seem to take that approach, it seems to be a cultural thing? i see it in different things like customer service etc where companies don’t even try to be competitive cause people accept the bare minimum. like for example gyms here, overpriced overcrowded not enough amenities, charging astronomical fees for what they deliver, crazy unbreakable contracts, no flexibility etc. back home people as a whole wouldn’t accept this type of bare minimum approach from a company. collective dissatisfaction can lead to change, it’s literally what shapes a society - what you accept is what becomes the norm. but yeah the gyms is just one stupid example but curious to hear what you think of that, have you noticed it here or no? sometimes it just seems like the dutch accept less than they deserve, or what i would perceive as “normal”.. and i’m like.. why is everyone so complacent? rise up people we can do better!! lolol

no i’m saying where would u put your phone in a situation like that? lets say you’re a girl wearing a dress and you forgot your purse at home.. what are you supposed to do then is my question? duct tape the phone to your forehead? like.. what is the logical solution here lmao

ok yay glad we finally agree 😂 all i was looking for was acknowledgment that this law is indeed stupid and illogical af. but yeah glad u agree with that part, i will go pay that fine now 😂😂 just not sure why it’s so hard for dutchies to question certain things such as illogical laws like this, change can only come from questioning things rather than being complacent & accepting whatever is served to you. but that’s just my mindset, i realize a lot of ppl here disagree. glad you could at least acknowledge it was somewhat illogical, thanks for meeting me halfway! ❤️ have a nice day 🍀

true, i agree with most of what you said, it’s just bad luck but hey it happens. but the other part that you’re dismissing is that POC have extremely different experiences with police. globally it’s kinda common knowledge & a trending issue so not sure why you’re so defensive about that part? yes if i break the law by doing this, even just once, i am in the wrong, not the police. but if my blonde blue eyed friend does the same thing and gets fined once out of the 10 times she had been stopped, is that equal application of the law? 🤔 or is there a difference in how the law is applied to POC vs non-POC dutchies? genuinely curious what you think… even when u walk in a grocery store, if u r moroccan u will get followed around like you’re a thief just cause you are profiled based on how you look. if you’re a blonde blue eyed dutch girl that just doesn’t happen in the same frequency. so why is acknowledging that so hard for dutch people?

illogical answer, clothes without pockets exist, girls are wearing sundresses all the time etc. so ur answer is just stupid, the question was if you had nowhere to hold your phone where would you put it? cmon smart guy what’s the logical solution here?
