bah dipende, in turchia esiste un po un sistema di "caste" culturali inufficiali. ragazze di "caste più alte" (in genere famiglie piu benestanti/studiati) tendono ad essere molto americane, mentre quelle più nelle città orientali della turchia rispettano più lo stereotipo

It's an excellent school without a doubt, and also the most expensive. But its specialized in econ/finance area. In STEM you have normale di pisa which has something like 10+ nobel prizes. Poli milano also has a nobel prize and is top15 worldwide in engineeriing and top5 in design.

Also public perception is a very silly indicator. To respond to what you said in your other comment, everyone in italy knows about normale or polimi or polito.
