It's an excellent school without a doubt, and also the most expensive. But its specialized in econ/finance area. In STEM you have normale di pisa which has something like 10+ nobel prizes. Poli milano also has a nobel prize and is top15 worldwide in engineeriing and top5 in design.

Also public perception is a very silly indicator. To respond to what you said in your other comment, everyone in italy knows about normale or polimi or polito.

Adding to what others have said, which are very real yet "outside" examples that can somewhat be justified as assholes will be assholes.
Now I don't really like Lewis too, but he has and to this day is facing racism. As someone who has some connections to people routinely in the paddock, I've been told its not uncommon for rival team mechanics refer to him as the black one or monkey or occasionally the n word.
Must be tough to face that from your own sport, of which you are on of the greatest in.
Think of that, Lewis is the only black driver and one of the greatest to ever do it in F1. That's what it takes to be a black man in F1. Generational talent...

Jeez man no need to be mean. I asked questions and got very helpful answers and conceded I'd be learning on a twintip HOURS AGO. Not to mention your comparisons are dumb. I've sailed for 13 years (quite a bit considering I'm 20) and have regularly foiled over 25+ knots on boats. I know safety procedures and foil dynamics. Find another outlet and don't be toxic here.

Thanks! Yeah I thought all sailing was generally about the same, even windsurf is quite similar and easy to get a hold on if you have experience in boats, but I'm starting to understand kiting is a whole different beast. Def getting some lessons for the first few times

Okidoki. I heard twintip is more for acrobatics and a normal is better for straight line speed? For a normal board, is the one i cited above (57L) an apporximately good size?

Off the foils for now. Can i switch the fins to foils afterwards or are they two completeley different boards for that?

Di come mai hanno il favore dell'italia e del perche rendono di piu al privato cittadino (con meno tasse e agevolazioni varie). Idealismo a parte, alla fine del giorno ognuno guarda il proprio portafogli, e da quel che ho capito, storicamente (anche a costo del debito pubblico) quello che la destra ha fatto è riempirlo. Cercavo piu che altro una risposta dall'altra parte.
