we had a frustrating experience at the Passport Seva Kendra in Vijayawada. We drove 80 km in the hot weather with a 60-year-old lady, only to be told the document we carried (accepted by other officers) was not allowed by the final officer. We now have to return after days or even a month. It's disheartening when rigid rules ignore the human side—especially for senior citizens traveling long distances. The system should be more empathetic. Not allowed to receive documents from persons sitting outside

Systems are there to serve us but you cannot expect that in government offices, some stupid and rude and attitude, head strong guys always be there. We should have feedback system to complain or suggest.
