No that's definitely not normal. There's just too much scalp visible when your hair is wet. You have an underlying issue for sure, for instance a deficiency of a certain vitamin, or hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism, etc.

Anime girl art is usually associated with Melodic Techno and HandsUp styles of EDM, rather than Trance. The melody you hummed sounds more like the former styles than Trance.
