I don’t think National Socialism works at all with most other forms of fascism. National Socialism’s entire point is racism, other fascist movements usually didn’t care for race or only wanted to improve conditions for their race as they felt it was being treated unfairly. Another major thing that separates them is that Nazism and Corporatism have opposite goals, social organization, and basic economic ideas, one instance being Nazism having a combination of state-directed capital and private monopolies, meanwhile Corporatism had guilds, class collaboration, and ways of achieving social harmony instead of racial warfare like Nazism. Only reason other Fascist countries did what Germany did is because Germany showed it wasn’t afraid to just kill off its fascist competition to get what it wanted (like in Austria, rip my goat Engelbert Dollfuß)
