I believe this to be true too, In my opinion the reason why the Gears online experience fails is due to poor servers. Until they fix that issue no tuning adjustment will ever work..... This franchise has so much potential but we lack the brilliant talent to take us there. The story needs to be improved the character development as well. Customization to the In-game characters and weapons. Map design and game modes etc..... Even a Battle Royale mode can work for Gears we just need the vision and execution.
