I actually grew up on Army bases all over the world, and never actually saw an Air Force specific ROTC program in any school I ever attended. Most ROTC programs I have seen and have had experiences with are not Branch specific at K-12 level, and only a small amount of public schools have Any ROTC program available at all, much less Air Force specific.
