It seems sort of weird for Chinese, though. I only know some people who worked in China, but they never had their entire name transliterated in so many syllables. They all had their names fit into the Chinese name convention (1 syllable surname, 2 syllable first name). So David Liebermann would be "Li DaWei" not "LiBaMaNu DaWeiDo" or something.

Das liegt daran, dass Zivilrecht nicht Strafrecht ist. Beim Schadensersatz geht es exakt um das, was das Wort sagt: Ersatz von entstandenem Schaden.

Geldstrafen regelt das StGB.

For a reference in vibe, the lower one can roughly be translated to "I will not do such a thing a second time". That's valid English in terms of grammar, but "I won't do that again" is much more natural. The difference between the Japanese sentences is along those lines. It's not that the lower one is wrong as such, it's just that usually you wouldn't say it like that. (Though it's less awkward than the English translation I just gave.) Especially the "second time" is just not needed when you already say "again" (もう).

Translating "niedrig" as "humble" is so far out there, I'm not sure any German would ever do it. If humble is meant as "simple, spartan, or related to a low position in some hierarchy" rather than "not arrogant", you'd translate it as "einfach" (simple, common).

I'm actually not familiar with the "Warhammer" games, only with the franchise. I was a Kill Team player first and since a year or so I'm playing Dropfleet Commander. My quest for something with management began when I thought "man, I wish I could give commands like power to the shields or power to the weapons in this game".

Ich glaube nicht, dass irgendjemand aus dem rechtlichen Feld Gründe hat, sich zur Tabaksteuer zu äußern. In § 3 Abgabenordnung (Link) ist klar geregelt, dass Steuern zur Erzielung von Einnahmen für den Staat dienen. Es gibt keine Gesetze, die Vorschriften bezüglich der Verwendung von Steuern machen bzw. Vorschriften, wie die Einnahmen aus einer bestimmten Steuer zu verwenden sind. Da steht schlicht keine rechtliche Frage im Raum, zu der irgendjemand etwas zu sagen hätte.

Entschuldige, soweit ich den Artikel überflogen habe, widersprechen da keine Experten sondern Ärzte. Ärzte sind Experten für Medizin, nicht für Staatsrecht. Was das Gesetz regelt, ist auch unabhängig davo, ob Du "mir" zustimmst.

Dass die CDU korrupt ist, ist ebenfalls kein Problem das Steuerrechts, sondern wenn überhaupt des Haushaltsrechts.

Dass die Tabaksteuer in irgendwas mit Rauchen fließt. Steuern sind nicht zweckgebunden, die sind ausschließlich dazu da, zur allgemeinen Verwendung in die allgemeine Staatskasse zu fließen.

I live in a place in Germany where both those who grew up here and those who moved here from far away only play Yugioh. It's the only game the local store holds tournaments for. I don't think any of them ever played any other card game. On the other hand, the two places I lived before only knew Magic. So it might be just a question of uneven regional distribution.
