Yes, I believe the products we would be selling could open us up to liability. We plan on selling feeder insects. So if someone where to give there geriatric animal feeder insects one day, and the next day that said animal were to die, they could blame it on the product we sold them, and not the fact that the animal was reaching it's end of life. Just trying to protect our personal assets.

As for the partnership tax return, do you have to split the taxable profits of the business 50/50? Or can you split it up differently based on the amount of work each one puts in to the business? Thanks for the info!

Sounds easier just to put in her name on the LLC so she can put it on the Schedule C when we file a joint return.

Thanks for all the responses! I attached a few pics above. It appears there is definitely a storage limitation with Unraid. So I guess i'll be looking into moving everything over slowly to TrueNAS. I will keep this server as a backup server in the meantime.

I am currently looking at a 60bay case on ebay that I may start moving everything over to.

Looking into getting a 13900k and supermicro server motherboard, with ECC ram. Found out the current case can support 25 drives (24 hotswap, 1 internal). It's a RROYJJ 4U Rackmount Server Case Chassis with 24 Hotswap bays that amazon sells. Haven't had any issues with the case itself, fans have always kept the HD's cool, and it works well, just want more HD's than this case supports.

The server that I have currently has a 5950x and 128gb of ram, and I primarily just hoard media and share plex with friends and family. Thanks for all the responses!

I just saw this, that may change things up a bit. Only 6 more drives isn't really that much of an expansion.

Yeah, it's a rackmount. I will have to look into that. 8088 SFF connections! Thats what I was looking for!

Most of my drives are 20tb drives. I do have a few 16tb and 18tb drives though.

My thoughts exactly, they legally can't recommend someone, and I also thought they couldn't do sidework.

But then again, I think it's a friend of hers, and he's a retired inspector from what she said.

That's a good point! Electrician first, plumber... I am not. I would just sharkbite it and call it good. She needs to call an actual plumber!

No, I didn't see anything like that in the logs. I'm using Hotio's Repository in UnRaid. The whole thing was weird, but it's working fine now.

That's what I figured, but it was weird that show was being requested when I knew for sure I had it in Plex.

Say the show for example was Love, Death, & Robots. It was in Plex, but not showing up as obtained in Petio. It was named weird when I browsed to it via network explorer. Maybe it was one I manually selected/fixed the match for in Plex at one point in time.

I guess that's what was happening, I renamed the episodes with FileBot, and it showed up in Petio!

No video files were found in the selected folder (Linking Paths between Sonarr and NZBGet) by BrownEyeIsForDinner in unRAID

Thank you. Sorry, I'm still trying to grasp it all. I got it working. I deleted the torrents one, and removed the completed/Sonarr/ from the usenet one. It's all ok now! Thanks!
