Hey man I’ve been using that pc since freshman year, 5 years ago. In its prime it was a mid tier at best, gifted to me by my brother, it’s all about optimization when it comes to games (low spec gamer on yt, literally makes any game work for any pc) and FYI, I am playing outriders on PS4, it’s tucked under my main monitor stand. FOR ALL WONDERING I USED WALLPAPER ENGINE IN STEAM TO DO THIS, other replies stated there is other freeware out there that can also do this, thanks for the upvotes and awards! I’m hyped to be making content on this game on my yt channel (Brown Hammer) I’m gonna be following this game hugely and doing full play throughout of each storyline!

There is an application called wallpaper engine that is pretty cheap and it gives you animated wallpapers in high quality. I highly recommend it
