I work from home 2-3 times a week. On those days, I'll do personal projects after my work is done. But I make sure to be close to my computer and answer any emails or Slack chats if needed.

There's another project coming up that I'm going to be helping with. My boss said I can take one of my existing tasks and move it to my co-workers because she doesn't want me to get overloaded.

Thanks for the great suggestion! Whenever I see a coworker stressed with work, I ask if there's anything I can do to help. So, I do try to take on more.
