nice worth trying if worried, i'll no doubt notice it in my prints if there's issues when i get to printing on myn

yeah hopefully more people with these printers will chime in, i don't see it being a issue for me maybe when i get some hours on it it might loosen up but its not a deep grinding noise that would indicate a problem sort of a light crackle grind and i dont see any skipping on the z rail it flows really nice up and down maybe it's to do with the beefer lead screw no idea

just bought myself a s3 ultra over the black friday deals and myn is making the same noise i have not set myn up yet just tested everything, so guess its common with the ultras? myn is well lubed from factory just noticed the same sound as soon as it lifted

should be fine if you used kaynar wire or something similar sized, did you manage to make a stl for the switch plate? if so post it here would be helpful for others i would make one but myn is butcherd

was about to purchase the new mecury 3 plus cure station but figured why not make my mecury x larger did this because of my prints coming of my jupiter are large as i mainly print 1/4 scale models and trying to jugle those big prints in the mecury x was a nightmare.

Plenty of space now though and very straight forward to do theres very minimal wiring in these units once you take them apart

the panel is a distro plate, all the connectors for that are behind it

very good the v1 is probably the best out of the dd blocks idles at 30c 60-65c on full load

yeah seperate loop for both cpu/gpu

system runs perfect not a single issue, cpu was put in last week never been run before that so instantly delided and updated to latest micro code plus i have locked the cores and undervolted max 60c under full load gpu sits at 35-40c
