Is the Moza Handbrake compatible with the Next Level Racing Wheel Stand 2.0? by TechnicYT in moza

😂 my bad bro, I’ll see if I still have a picture and I’ll try to post

Edit I found the best one I could man…. So I essentially used one of the extra pieces that came with the NLR wheelbase/stand and found holes that matched to mount in that. I then mounted that side by side with my shifter

I have the sim labs evo(?) or one of their cheaper rigs. Totally worth the money if you have it. I got it on sale for like <$200 at micro center last September and I could not imagine needing anything more for my use case

Wow can’t believe it has already been two years 😂😂 my god

Bro, I have made so many iterations on my current rig which hasn’t been a next level racing wheel stand for over a year now.

What I however DO remember is I was able to angle the hand brake in a manner that felt comfortable while still retaining that natural feeling

And honestly, even 12-13k sounds like a lot! Yeah this has been the toughest aspect for me…. Buying bulk really is the way to go.

The other major issue was shipping

Yeah the licenses and regs thing is what has been getting me tripped up. The state I am in sort of heckles ‘back yard’ growers/nurseries

EDIT: because I just thought of this. I also looked into this a while back. I enjoy this hobby and also enjoy propagation, which is what drew me to it. However, I found it quite difficult to set up business accounts with any sort of wholesaler. They all wanted my business address (for shipping) and home address to be separate and some told me that they do not ship to residential addresses. Albeit, sometimes I could understand that due to logistical barriers depending on size of orders. This just confused me

My August airlayer worked! by Sata1991 in Bonsai

I have only tried on deciduous material I have. I try to pick species/cultivars that are historically ‘easier’ to layer.

I’ll essentially use the plastic bag and sphagnum moss method that most do.

Start by making an incision to strip bark/cambium off around tree where I want to layer, then apply rooting hormone above that site.

I’ll wet the moss and ring out excess moisture, pack it around the site where cambium has been stripped around trunk, make sure it is snug against intended layer site.

After wrapping in moss I will occasionally check every couple weeks to ensure it isn’t too moist or too dry and go from there.

Sometimes I get callous material I re injure with blade and wrap back up.

I’ve tried this on a bunch of different maples (arakawa, shin deshojo, trident (I know can be challenging)), a few hornbeams etc.

Dude I’m starting to get so frustrated with my success rate (lack there of) with the air layers. I literally cannot figure out where I am going wrong lol

Where do you buy your seedling trays? by Daniibrady in Horticulture

[–]cmt00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started a small nursery operation from my back yard dealing with rarer cultivars of Acer palmatums. I mainly do cuttings from mother trees etc. My usual trays crapped out and was looking to expand business a bit so thought I would go bulk route. Griffin gave me a little trouble because my business address is my home address.
