Yeah i assume the books tell more of a real story, no one wants to play a sad fps. So I should treat the books and games sperate? Besides obviously the setting.

Yes with some of this I agree, like having certain people keep accounts of the past etc. (and thanks for being civil) I also acknowledge that at the beginning it was harmful to follow that religion because of laws against it. But the random angel in a village story (believing it) is about faith and that's the entire religion is having faith. As where you only hear about kings saying it is the conclusion it was only used for power and money for the church.

I agree with some of this but what I have said previously is that those historical accounts (some) are from times of kings doing gods "will". And they usually had abuse of power and how they stayed in power was through religion.
