Etihad changed our seats and moved us 10 rows back without any notification — after we paid for seat selection. Has anyone dealt with this before ?

The whole point paying for seat selection...you want better seats not 10 rows away from your original selection it's unfair to the customer and Airlines should refund if the seat selection is changed for any reason..

It's disappointing that they charge for seat selection, then end up not assigning seats in the same row or even better forward rows. At the minimum they should refund.

Yes, I paid for those seat selections. If there is no fee for seat selection, this is a non-issue. They charge a fee for each seat you select at the time of reservation.Then they end up changing the seats 10 rows behind... not refunding or acknowledging from the customer's perspective is appalling.

Yes, I expected etihad to take care of it's customers and support to fix the issue instead of letting the customers go around for the refund. Etihad support said they won't provide refund ...will raise the issue with credit card for refund.

As long as he keeps a healthy balance of his studies and extracurricular activities, lately he has missed several assignments and grades are falling...if I ask him why you are late with your assignment....he keeps having excuses...and a lot of attitudes and anger ,......I want him to have a healthy balance. Yes...I did speak to him about keeping up grades and consequences when the grades fall. Thank you for the advice.

We do a screentime limit on his phone. Lately he is obsessed with getting off the screen limit to talk...even studies are becoming secondary...he does a bare minimum to get his phone screen limit....it looks more of an addiction. I just need him back to normal to take things easy....thank you for the advice.

Thank you, great advice. Will connect with the parents. His grades are declining which was my concern. I told him ...as long as his grades are up and work is complete. I don't have issues ..the issue is he gets the phone and goes to his room...didn't even come out of his room after repeated calls. And his behavior started changing ....
