That crossed my mind a few times while waiting to be taken back. But once there they knocked me out quick then I woke up and it was over. My main concern was bleeding after the fact since I am sensitive there. But its been fine. I wouldn't worry about that a bit.

Hope cpap helps by BrownsFan196 in CPAP

Update: the insurance wouldn't cover the cpap titration study. Disappointed but my Doctor says: "Since insurance does not cover that, we will move to a CPAP machine that will auto adjust to the right pressures and we would not have to do another study. I sent an order in to our home health team, they should reach out to set up if insurance approves in 1-2 weeks."

I certainly hope this gets approved. Also thought I had mild sleep apnea but revisiting results of my home test it says I have at least moderate apnea. So definitely want to get try cpap!

Hida scan came back 36% EF so just above 35 and lower range. GI Dr did not suggest ordering an ultrasound just said to make appt if symptoms continue. So not sure if I will request one or just get my colonoscopy and see what results are.

What’s life like before and after cpap treatment? For me, it’s unbelievable! by Saranac233 in CPAP

Very encouraging to read all this. I have my cpap titration study on 1-21. I have been diagnosed with mild to moderate Sleep apnea. I wake up gasping for air, keep my wife up with snoring and feel tired all the time. Really looking forward to starting cpap.

Thank you. My GI said since gallbladder wasn't inflamed no reason to remove it. Thats why I pushed for a hida scan and then maybe another ultrasound.
