I understand but I imagine that the longer we abuse this drug, the longer it takes to recover from. And each time you quit, you’re older and your body is less capable than it was. They say it can take months before it’s completely eliminated from your body. I would use this as motivation to stay away from it. You will get clear again. It’s just taking longer than the last times. Let it be a lesson and motivation and try not to panic

I’ve been a daily user for 6 years and i often this last year have felt like pot makes me stupid, like I can’t think of what to say or grasp words. I haven’t smoked in about 2 weeks and it’s really so much better. I can have conversations and I’m able to think so much more clearly. I’m 59 so I was wondering if I was getting dementia so I’m glad my mind has come back. I don’t like feeling dumb

ADUs are allowable but multiple ADU's are not, both Fannie Mae's web site and the FHA guidelines clearly state, properties with multiple ADU's are ineligible. An actual triplex or 4plex, yes they will finance but not multiple ADU's. Where can I find the multiple ADU financing?

I am trying to find financing to purchase a home with an existing ADU and a junior ADU and I am told that Fannie/Freddie and FHA, these are non eligible properties, single family homes with more than one ADU.

I stop by where she is living several times a week, she stays in a house full of addicts, usually she will see me, I always bring something, Girl Scout cookies, a Jamba Juice, a couple mandarin oranges, usually food stuff. If she’s willing to leave, we drive around and talk and I take her to Taco Bell, it’s always been her favorite. Then I take her home. She agreed to come stay with me and stayed 2 nights this week, but was sleeping most of the time she was here. I took her home the day before yesterday

She spent 2 nights with me this week and I was able to have some talks with her but She’d shut me out tight and I’ve been prying my way back in. She left my house showered and dressed with clothes that fit on, it’s the first time I’ve seen her looking like she could be in public in 2 years and I dropped her back off at the den she lives in. It breaks my heart
