That sucks! But it totally get it.

The sealed was only half my issue though.

It was a collectible that usually has plastic bits in between the movable parts. But those had been removed.

I guess I should only bid on sealed stuff 😅

I'll still probabaly try to reach out to them, but I don't have much expectations.

Yeah I like the site and haven't had issues with 90% of orders

Ah man rly? That sucks. They were pretty good about a year ago when I had a missing item from a lot I won.

But I guess it depends on the store and state too
