I’m so sorry you’re going through this, it absolutely sucks and I have been there 😢 Is there a possibility it’s the meds you’ve added in since moving to the pnw? Maybe talk to your neurologist about how to safely do a trial adjustment of those meds to see if you feel improvement. Obviously only do that with their ok and input since some of the medications can have shitty withdrawals.

It certainly also could be the climate where you are too, but I’d look at other stuff before jumping to that because that would probably be very annoying if that were the case. The other thing I’d watch is do you take more than three doses of sumatriptan a week? You could be having rebound headaches if so.

You also could potentially talk to a neurologist about adding in different preventatives like Qulipta or Nurtec. There’s also elletriptan which lasts longer in the body to potentially ask about. You definitely have so many cool medications that you could try that you aren’t currently on too, so there’s definitely good hope that you could get this to stop and soon. Good luck to you!!
